I don't receive the login code.
Check your spam folder, then request a new code. The code is sent to the address you signed up with.
My dashboard doesn't load.
Refresh the page, then log out and log back in. If the problem continues, contact support and mention your browser.
How do I add a payment method?
Open Billing in your account, then click “Add payment method”. Card details are handled by Stripe.
Why is my programme still a draft?
A title, a description, a city and a delivery mode are required to publish a programme.
I can't see RNCP records.
RNCP records only apply to institutions listed in France.
How do I invite a team member?
In the Users section of your account, click “Invite a member”. Only account owners can invite.
