1. Operator and service

Ulydia is a website and online service operated by Sendbiz Inc., a Delaware corporation. “Ulydia”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Ulydia service operated by Sendbiz Inc.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What Ulydia does

Ulydia helps users explore careers, education pathways, schools, training programs and professional opportunities. The Services may include AI guidance, career pages, “how to become” pathways, school and program listings, student dashboards, school CRM tools, employer pages, job postings and application tools.

Ulydia provides educational and career guidance information for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any school, the award of any diploma, recognition of any qualification, equivalency in any country, employment, salary level, visa eligibility or professional outcome.

3. Eligibility and minimum age

Personal accounts for students and job seekers are available only to users who are at least 16 years old.

By creating a personal account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

If we learn that a personal account has been created by a user under 16, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.

4. User types

The Services may be used by different types of users:

• personal users, including students, guidance users, job seekers and people exploring career changes;
• school users, including schools, universities, training providers and educational organizations;
• enterprise users, including employers, recruiters, HR teams and professional organizations.

The current version of Ulydia does not provide a dedicated parent account.

5. Accounts, credentials and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or use an email address you are not authorized to use.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading or harmful to users, schools, companies or the platform.

6. School and enterprise accounts

Schools may have access to a free version of the Services and may later choose paid options or add-ons. Enterprise accounts are intended for companies and professional organizations and may require payment from launch.

School and enterprise users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the content they publish, including descriptions, program information, job postings, images, logos, brochures and uploaded documents.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions or add-ons may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rules and refund conditions may be displayed at checkout or in the applicable subscription page.

You are responsible for reviewing the price and subscription conditions before confirming a purchase.

8. Student CVs, diplomas and documents

Personal users may upload CVs, resumes, diplomas, transcripts or other documents to create a profile, prepare applications, or share information with selected schools or organizations.

Some uploaded documents may be watermarked or protected to reduce misuse, fraud or unauthorized redistribution. Ulydia may retain uploaded documents for a limited period, such as six months after the last active event, unless a shorter period is requested, a longer period is required by law, or the applicable feature indicates otherwise.

You must not upload false documents, forged diplomas, unlawful content, malware, or documents containing personal data of another person without authorization.

9. User content and uploads

Users, schools and companies may upload or publish content on Ulydia. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Ulydia a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, process and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Services.

You must not upload, publish or share content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent or sexually explicit;
• infringes copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights;
• contains malware, phishing, spam, scraping tools or other harmful technical elements;
• promotes fake schools, fake employers, fake job offers, fake programs or misleading admission promises;
• targets minors in an inappropriate or exploitative manner.

We may remove, restrict or moderate content that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

10. AI guidance and automated recommendations

Ulydia may use AI systems to help generate career suggestions, clarify user preferences, compare pathways, match interests with schools or programs, or summarize information.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or not adapted to every country, school or regulatory context. You should verify important information directly with the relevant school, employer, public authority or qualified professional before making a decision.

Where content is generated by AI or where you interact with our AI-based guidance, this is indicated within the Services in line with applicable AI transparency rules.

11. Third-party providers

Ulydia currently uses third-party service providers that may include Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI and Stripe. These providers help us host, secure, operate, process, analyze or bill the Services.

12. Intellectual property

Ulydia, its design, software, database structure, branding, content and features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Services except as expressly allowed by us.

13. Termination

You may stop using Ulydia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe that your use violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users or interferes with the operation of the Services.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.

15. Reports, abuse and copyright complaints

To report illegal content, fake schools, fake programs, fake job postings, forged documents, safety concerns, platform abuse or intellectual property violations, contact us at contact@ulydia.com.

Copyright complaints should identify the copyrighted work, the content claimed to be infringing, the location of the content on Ulydia, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

When you report content, we will acknowledge receipt of your report, review it diligently and inform you of our decision. Where required by applicable law, including the EU Digital Services Act, we will provide a statement of reasons for content removal or restriction decisions, and affected users may contest a decision by replying to our notification.

If your content was removed following a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed content and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Information about schools, programs, jobs, diplomas, salaries, recognition or admission requirements may be provided by third parties or generated automatically, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendbiz Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunities or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us any amount.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

17. Indemnification for school and enterprise users

If you use the Services as a school, training provider, company or other organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendbiz Inc. from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from the content you publish, the job postings you distribute, your processing of applicant or student data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Delaware.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protections granted by the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

19. Miscellaneous

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

20. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of Ulydia is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which explains prohibited content, platform abuse, fake schools, fake jobs and document misuse.
