Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Ulydia, including students, job seekers, schools, universities, training providers, companies, recruiters and other organizations.
1. General rule
You may use Ulydia only for lawful, truthful, respectful and legitimate education, career guidance, school, training, recruitment or professional purposes.
You must not use Ulydia in a way that harms users, students, schools, companies, applicants, minors, the public or the integrity of the platform.
2. Prohibited content
You must not upload, publish, send or promote content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or intended to manipulate users;
- is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, defamatory or abusive;
- contains sexual, exploitative or inappropriate content, especially involving or targeting minors;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, extremism, criminal activity or dangerous conduct;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, image rights or other third-party rights;
- contains malware, spyware, phishing links, spam, credential harvesting or harmful code;
- contains private personal data of another person without authorization.
3. Education and school integrity
Schools, universities and training providers must not:
- create fake school, university or training provider profiles;
- publish false, outdated or misleading program information;
- claim accreditations, rankings, recognitions or diploma equivalencies that they do not have;
- mislead users about admission chances, tuition costs, scholarships, visa eligibility, diploma recognition or employment outcomes;
- upload brochures, images, logos or documents they are not authorized to use.
4. Recruitment and employer integrity
Companies, recruiters and professional organizations must not:
- publish fake jobs, fake internships or misleading opportunities;
- misrepresent salary, job location, contract type, required qualifications or employer identity;
- request unlawful fees from applicants;
- discriminate unlawfully against candidates;
- use Ulydia to collect applicant data for unrelated purposes.
5. Student and applicant documents
Personal users must not upload or submit:
- forged diplomas, forged transcripts, false CVs, fake certificates or altered documents;
- documents belonging to another person without authorization;
- documents containing unnecessary sensitive personal data;
- malware, corrupted files or files designed to bypass platform security.
6. Platform misuse
You must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or extract Ulydia data without authorization;
- reverse engineer, bypass access controls or interfere with platform security;
- create accounts in bulk or use bots, scripts or automated abuse;
- spam users, schools, companies or applicants;
- attempt to access accounts, documents or data that you are not authorized to access.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access or report activity to appropriate authorities if we believe this Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law or platform safety rules have been violated.
8. Reporting abuse
To report illegal content, fake schools, fake programs, fake job postings, forged documents, intellectual property violations, safety concerns or platform abuse, contact us at contact@ulydia.com.
