- Analyze funnel metrics in Mixpanel and Amplitude to identify drop-off points and prioritize conversion improvements
- Facilitate weekly sprint ceremonies including planning, review, and retrospective with cross-functional teams of 6–12 members
- Prioritize backlog using RICE or MoSCoW scoring frameworks to optimize engineering capacity allocation
- Coordinate go-to-market launches with marketing and sales teams, producing feature briefs and enablement materials
- Monitor post-release KPIs including adoption rate, retention, and NPS within 30/60/90-day windows
- Negotiate scope trade-offs with engineering leads to respect delivery timelines and technical debt constraints
- Present product performance dashboards to executive stakeholders on a monthly cadence
- Map competitive landscape by benchmarking 5–10 direct and indirect competitors on a quarterly basis
