- Analyze recurring failure patterns and propose root-cause corrective actions to reduce MTTR by 15%.
- Apply 5S and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures on every intervention to comply with safety standards.
- Train operators on first-level maintenance tasks and proper equipment handling.
- Update technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures after each modification.
